What Relive is

Relive turns the phones already at your event into cameras. You create an event, share a link or a QR, and your guests take photographs from their own browsers. The photographs stay private until the event ends, and then everyone who took part gets the album.

Who owns the photographs

You and your guests do. Relive claims no ownership of anything taken at your event. We store and process the photographs for the sole purpose of running the album and showing it to the people entitled to see it.

We will not use your event’s photographs in marketing, on this website, or anywhere else, unless you have specifically given us permission in writing for named photographs.

Paying for an event

Pricing is per event, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel afterwards. Events for up to five guests are free.

Payment is by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. You send the amount and share the reference in the app; the event goes live once the payment clears. Prices shown on the pricing section are the prices charged.

Refunds

If your event has not started and no guest has taken a photograph, write to us and we will refund you in full. Once an event has run, it has been delivered and we do not refund it. If something on our side stopped your event working, that is our problem to fix and we will make it right — talk to us.

Your responsibilities as a host

• Share the event link with the people you actually want at the event. Anyone holding it can join while the event is open.
• Make sure photographing your guests is acceptable at your event, and respect anyone who asks not to be photographed.
• You are responsible for what is uploaded to an event you created.

What is not allowed

Relive may not be used to photograph people without their knowledge where they would reasonably expect privacy, to collect or share sexual images of anyone, to harass anybody, or for anything unlawful. We will remove content and close accounts that do any of these, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where we are required to.

Availability

We work hard to keep Relive running through the one night that matters, and the guest camera is built to keep working through a weak venue signal — photographs are queued on the device and uploaded when the connection comes back. Even so, we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Relive is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us for the event the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable. The album can be downloaded at full quality at any time, and we recommend doing so.

Ending things

You can stop using Relive whenever you like, and delete your events and their photographs from the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we will give notice and a window to download every album first.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date at the top, and they will not apply retroactively to an event you have already paid for.
