Relive is made by a small team, which means the person who answers your email is usually the person who can fix the thing. No ticket numbers, no chatbot.
WhatsApp, if that is easier
Most people would rather send a voice note than an email, and that is genuinely fine. Message us on WhatsApp at 0347 809 9835 — it is the same people, and on the night of an event it is the fastest way to reach us.
Before your event
If you are working out whether Relive fits your wedding, mehndi, birthday or launch — how many guests, how many shots each, when the album should open — write to hello@relive.cam. Tell us the date and roughly how many people, and we will tell you honestly whether it is the right tool.
On the night
If something is wrong while an event is running, put URGENT at the start of the subject line and we will treat it that way. A guest’s camera not opening, an album not developing, a QR nobody can scan — these are the ones we drop everything for, because the night does not happen twice.
Payments
Sent a bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa payment and the event has not gone live? Send us the reference and we will chase it.
Your data
To get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have an event and all its photographs deleted, write to the same address. See the privacy page for what we store and why.
